Account Deletion

How to request deletion
- Open the Transinfo app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the request. If you cannot access the app, contact support at support@transinfo.ge and include the email or phone linked to your account.
What will be deleted
After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize:
- Account profile data (name, email, phone, company, role, documents, avatar).
- Access sessions and authentication tokens.
- GPS sharing sessions and data linked to your account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained to provide the service or comply with legal obligations:
- Orders and transports you created are archived and hidden.
- Messages and forum posts may remain but are anonymized.
- Minimal security logs.
Retention period
Personal data is deleted or anonymized after verification. Archived records may be retained for up to 5 years, or longer if required by law.
