Why a listing may not be visible to other users

Step 1Open your account and find the listing in your own cargo or transport section.

Step 2Check whether the listing is active, expired, draft, hidden, or limited by subscription.

Step 3Edit missing route, date, cargo, vehicle, or contact fields.

Step 4After saving, open public search in another tab and check whether the listing appears with matching filters.

Step 1Open your listings from the mobile menu.

Step 2Open the listing and check its status label.

Step 3Update missing fields or renew access if the account requires it.

Step 4Return to public search and test with the same route filters.
