1.1. This document sets the rules and terms for using Transinfo (hereinafter, the “Platform”).
1.2. The owner and administrator of the Platform is LLC “Transinfo”, Georgia, Tbilisi, V. Chabukiani St. 2, identification code 405468435.
1.3. The Platform’s purpose is to connect cargo owners and carriers through information exchange.
1.4. By registering on or using the Platform, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1. To use the basic functionality of the Platform, the User must register and create an account.
2.2. Access to subscription features, contact details, VIP placement, and other paid tools may depend on the User having an active subscription, an active referral reward, or other paid access shown in the Platform interface at the time of purchase or activation.
2.3. When registering, the user must provide complete, accurate, and reliable information.
2.4. Creating accounts with false, duplicate, or third-party data is prohibited.
2.5. The user is responsible for the security of their account and password.
2.6. Country and city must be selected from the official options offered during registration. After registration, they are fixed to the account and may be corrected only through support if they were entered incorrectly.
3.1. The Platform provides only the means to establish contact between parties and exchange information.
3.2. The Platform does not directly or indirectly participate in contracts concluded between users.
3.3. Financial and legal arrangements are concluded directly between the parties without the Platform’s involvement.
4.1. The user must use the Platform only for purposes compliant with applicable law and these terms.
4.2. Posting false or misleading information is prohibited.
4.3. Using the Platform for illegal activities is prohibited, including fraud, money laundering, distribution of prohibited cargo, and other violations.
4.4. Users must maintain mutual respect and communication ethics.
4.5. Posting or transporting illegal or prohibited cargo on the Platform is forbidden. To enforce the rules, we may use moderation, keyword filtering, and the "Report/complain" mechanism, and in case of violations may restrict or block an account. When necessary, logs are kept and cooperation with competent authorities is possible as required by law.
5.1. The Platform is not responsible for agreements between users, loss or damage of cargo, or missed deadlines.
5.2. The Platform’s liability is limited to the technical operation and availability of the service.
5.3. In case of violations, the administration may block or delete an account.
6.1. The Platform processes and protects personal data in accordance with applicable law.
6.2. Personal data is used only to provide the service and is not transferred to third parties except as required by law.
7.1. All disputes related to use of the Platform shall first be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. Failing agreement, disputes shall be resolved under Georgian law by a competent court or arbitration.
8.1. The administration may change these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.
9.1. The Platform may provide both free and paid services. Subscription access is purchased directly through the payment method shown at checkout, through App Store, or through Google Play. Wallet balance may be used for VIP services and other eligible paid tools shown in the interface. Subscription may also be activated from Transinfo Balance when this option is shown in the interface.
9.2. The current subscription price, billing period, available features, and renewal conditions are displayed on the pricing page and/or in the payment interface before confirmation. Subscription access is not activated from wallet balance unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise for a specific tool. Balance activation is a one-time internal EUR balance deduction and does not create automatic card renewal.
9.3. The Platform may operate a referral program. If a referral code is applied, the invited User may receive access to an official 14-day trial after payment method verification or other official billing confirmation. After the qualifying trial or subscription starts, the inviter may receive 14 extra days of access.
9.4. Referral rewards are available only for unique real users who meet the qualifying conditions shown in the Platform interface. Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, blocked, or otherwise suspicious activations may be excluded or revoked.
9.5. A paid service is considered provided once payment, the start of an official trial, or access activation is successfully confirmed and the corresponding access, wallet credit, or VIP placement is enabled.
9.6. Refunds may be available in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or technical non-delivery of the paid service to the extent required by applicable law and by the rules of the selected payment provider or app store.
9.7. Subscription auto-renewal, cancellation, referral eligibility, and any payment-provider-specific conditions are governed by the Platform interface and by the rules of the selected payment provider, App Store, or Google Play at the moment of purchase.
9.8. The payment currency and the displayed balance currency may depend on the billing region determined by the Platform, including the current network location where required by the payment provider. Wallet balance is maintained in the Platform's internal EUR ledger and may be shown as an equivalent amount in the local display currency. Changing the account country, city, billing region, or correcting those details through support does not automatically convert an existing wallet balance. Future charges and refunds are processed according to the original charge currency, the selected payment method, and the applicable provider rules.
